Piotr Smurawa

Founder and trainer

At the Academy, he conducts mantrailing and olfactory workshops, gives behavioral advice and supervises all other activities.

​

He has participated as a listener and speaker in many national and international seminars, courses and workshops.

​

He worked in the dog training committee of the Polish Kennel Club.

​

He learned the most from dogs, their owners and young instructors who always motivate them to push the horizon beyond new lands.

​

He is a social psychologist, specializing in police psychology, business psychology, and advertising. 

A husband and a parent, dog lover, climber/mountaineer, a madman.

Dorota Jarczyńska-Smurawa

Founder and trainer

She graduated in the field of care, educational and therapeutic pedagogy, dog therapy instructor. She works with young people and adults, conducts workshops in the field of psychopedagogy and sociotherapy.

​

A speaker at Polish and international seminars and conferences on dog therapy and cynology, organized, among others by Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

​

Organizer of the cynological camps "Baw siÄ™ i wypoczywaj z psem" and the camp "Basics of dog therapy".

​

She specializes in the socialization and training of puppies based on positive reinforcement methods.

Weronika Grzybowska

Trainer

During the day, she is a translator and Korean teacher, and in her free time, she explores behavioral techniques in working with dogs. For many years she has been involved in the education of young people and adults, organizing workshops and camps in Poland and abroad.

​

She graduated in Korean philology with a teaching specialization in Poznań and international relations at the University of Seoul.

 

She completed an instructor course at the Working Dog Academy under the supervision of Piotr Smurawa. Rally-O instructor. She participates in numerous cynological seminars.

​

In working with her French bulldogs Rupert and Heidi, she focuses on training using the shaping method. Recently, she has also started training work related to the Rally-o discipline, which is a wonderful way to combine work with pleasure, teaching the dog the basic rules of obedience, and humility to Veronica.

Jacek "Waran" Wojnarowski

Trainer

A graduate of social psychology at the SWPS University in Warsaw. During his studies, he became particularly interested in human-dog relations and the influence of the presence of a dog in human life on their psyche. He graduated with honors from postgraduate studies at the Poznań branch of the SWPS University in animal psychology, during which he expanded his knowledge of the behavior of dogs, cats and horses. He has a dog therapist diploma obtained during a training at the "Mały Piesek Zuzi" Foundation.

 

He began his adventure with the Working Dog Academy as a freelance student, taking part in mantrailing camps and obedience classes. It was then that he became fascinated with the unique possibilities of the dog's sense of smell and the related methods of strengthening the bonds between pets and their owners. He wants to help people and animals understand each other better.

​

At the Academy, he conducts classes on mantrailing with the Poznań Mantrailing Group, group classes and gives individual consultations.
